This bolt set replaces ONLY the three bolts used on each side to secure Woodcraft 1" risers to a clipon riser base and the pinch bolt for the handlebar.  Commonly purchased if you're swapping to a new riser height between 1.5 and 3"- or if you simply want to freshen up your existing riser bolts.
