What is your return policy for riding apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. For safety reasons, gear that has been used on a ride cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Are your jackets and pants CE-certified?
